• Feedback means feedback, comments, testimonials, suggestions or other input sent by You regarding the Service.

• Programs and Events means any online or in person workshops, summits, keynotes, masterminds, group programs, memberships, coaching, training or similar experiences offered by the Company.

• Service refers to the Website, Programs and Events, digital products and all related services operated by the Company that link to these Terms.

• Terms (also referred to as “Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

• Third-party Service means any service or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.

• Website refers to Humanity Rebooted, accessible at https://www.humanityrebooted.com and any related domains that link to these Terms.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and with Our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy describes how We collect, use and disclose Your personal information when You use the Service. Please read it carefully.

By using the Service, You represent and warrant that:

Nature of the Service – No Professional Advice

Humanity Rebooted provides educational content, professional development, coaching, mentoring, training, events and related services focused on leadership, strategy, technology, human performance and similar topics.

Nothing in the Service is intended to:

• Provide medical, mental health, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic diagnosis or treatment;

• Provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice; or

• Replace professional advice from qualified advisors who understand Your specific situation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your decisions, actions and results in Your work, business and life;

• Obtaining appropriate professional advice where needed (for example from Your doctor, therapist, lawyer, tax advisor, financial advisor or other specialist);

• Evaluating whether the Service is appropriate for Your circumstances.

We do not guarantee any particular financial, career, health, relationship or other results from Your use of the Service.

User Accounts

When You create an Account with Us, You must provide information that is accurate, complete and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your Account.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service; and

• Any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-party Service.

You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your Account.

You may not use as a username:

• The name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use;

• A name or trademark that is subject to any rights of a person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization; or

• A name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit Content, or cancel orders in Our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

Purchases, Payments and Billing

If You purchase any Programs, Events or digital products through the Service, You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to You at the time of purchase.

Payment Processing

We may use Third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to process payments. By submitting payment information, You authorize Us and Our Third-party processors to charge the applicable amount to Your chosen payment method.

We do not store Your full payment card details. Payment information is handled by the payment processor in accordance with its privacy and security policies.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, value-added or other taxes, duties or similar charges required by law.

No Refunds Unless Specified

Unless We explicitly state a refund policy for a specific Program, Event or product at the point of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If a specific offering includes a guarantee or refund window, the terms of that guarantee will apply and will be clearly stated at checkout or in the sales materials for that offering.

Missed Sessions and Rescheduling (Coaching / Programs)

For live coaching or mentoring sessions booked with the Company or its facilitators:

• If You need to reschedule, You must provide reasonable notice in accordance with the rescheduling policy communicated to You for that Program or engagement.

• Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited at Our discretion and may not be refundable.

Subscriptions and Memberships

Some parts of the Service may be offered on a subscription or membership basis (for example, community access, ongoing support or recurring programs).

When You sign up for a subscription, You authorize Us to charge the recurring subscription fee to Your chosen payment method at the stated intervals until You cancel.

You can cancel a subscription by following the instructions provided in Your Account, in the billing portal or by contacting Us using the details on the Website. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Any fee changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the date of the notice.

Access to Programs, Events and Digital Products

When You purchase a Program, Event or digital product, We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for Your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

You must not:

• Share, sell, resell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Program or digital content, except as expressly permitted in writing by Us;

• Record, copy or distribute live events or coaching sessions without Our prior written consent;

• Use the content to create derivative works that compete with the Service.

Access durations (for example, 12 months of access, lifetime access, or access for the life of the Program) will be as stated at the time of purchase. We may retire or update older content from time to time as part of improving the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original Content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws in the United States and other countries.

Our trademarks, service marks, logos and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in the Service or its Content to You. You receive only the limited license expressly granted in these Terms or in any specific Program agreement.

Your Content and Feedback

Your Content

Where the Service allows You to upload, post, submit or share Content (for example in communities, events, chats or forms), You are responsible for that Content and must ensure that it:

• Is accurate and not misleading;

• Does not infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights of others;

• Is not unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful or otherwise objectionable.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit or remove Content that We in Our sole discretion consider inappropriate or in breach of these Terms.

By submitting Content to the Service, You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display such Content in connection with operating and improving the Service, and as otherwise permitted by Our Privacy Policy.

Testimonials and Feedback

If You provide Feedback or testimonials, You agree that We may use and reference Your Feedback, including Your name, role and organization (if provided), for marketing, promotion or Service improvement purposes, in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.

You agree that We may use Feedback without any obligation to compensate You for it.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to Third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any Third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You
